Guanajuato

Embark on a seven-day journey through the heart of Mexico, beginning with a gastronomic immersion in the Bajío, discovering the rich history of Mineral de Pozos and Dolores Hidalgo, and exploring the vibrant cultural life of Guanajuato.

Continue to charming San Miguel de Allende with its artistic and culinary bustle, followed by a horseback riding adventure through the magnificent Coyote Canyon and the option of an exciting off-road drive or a balloon flight.

The journey culminates with a visit to the distinguished galleries of La Aurora before returning to CDMX, creating an authentic and unforgettable Mexican experience in one week.

Michoacan

We will explore the colonial charm of Morelia through a walking tour, visiting emblematic sites and dining at the famous La Conspiracion de 1809 restaurant.

The second day we immersed ourselves in the artisan tradition of Capula, visiting pottery and ceramic workshops, and participating in a catrina painting workshop, culminating with a traditional home-cooked meal.

The third day takes us to charming Pátzcuaro, where we will visit Janitzio Island and enjoy a walking tour of Pátzcuaro, concluding with a toast at El Carajo.

Finally, on our fourth day, we will return to Morelia for a culinary experience with Chef Cynthia Rodríguez, followed by the return to CDMX, thus concluding an enriching exploration of two worlds united by culture and tradition.

PUEBLA & OAXACA

It begins with a visit to Talavera workshops, museums and the fascinating Cathedral of Puebla, discovering the Barrio de los Sapos and the Rosario Chapel before having dinner at El Comal. The second day takes us to Cholula, exploring the Archaeological Zone and the Ex-Convent of San Gabriel, ending with a tasting of cocoa and grasshoppers.

Afterwards, we will head to Oaxaca, known for its culture and vibrant food scene. Here, we will visit Monte Albán, take a wood carving workshop, and have an unparalleled experience with the Ramos family in their mezcalero palenque. Finally, we will return to CDMX, culminating a trip that promises to be a true feast for the senses.
